Welcome to Corhampton & Meonstoke Parish Council
Our Parish lies midway along the course of the River Meon, one of the smaller of the Hampshire chalk streams, in the heart of the South Downs National Park. We are fortunate to have a well preserved 1000 year old Saxon church at Corhampton, a beautiful 12th century church at Meonstoke, a thriving village pub, The Bucks Head, a well-stocked village shop/post office, a church of England Infants school together with The Valley Pre-school, and a large well equipped village hall, The Meon Hall.
Whether you are a resident or a visitor, we hope you can find what you’re looking for here – if not, please e-mail the Clerk and give us your suggestions for what you think would be useful.
Meetings Calendar
Parish council meetings are generally held in the Crypt in The Meon Hall in alternate months. Occasionally a parish council meeting is called in the month inbetween. The Annual Parish Assembley, which is a community meeting, is held in either the Meon Hall or the Small Hall.
